Privacy note

Last updated: 18 October 2026. Written in plain language, not legal advice.

ProdLoop is an early concept run by one person. This page explains what happens to the details you share on the site.

What we collect

Why we collect it

We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who handles it

Your details are sent to the founder's inbox and may be stored in a database. Both run on services we use to operate the site: web hosting, email delivery and database storage. These providers process the data for us and don't use it for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

The site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers. To limit spam, a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address is used for a short time to count how often a device submits a form. We don't store your raw IP address in our submissions. Our hosting provider may keep normal server logs.

How long we keep it

While ProdLoop is being validated, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you shared, or to be taken off the waitlist, any time. Email feedback@prodloop.me from the address you signed up with.

Changes

If this note changes in a meaningful way, the date at the top will change too.
